must start to lose weight now...just started my california fitness training...
AND HELL!!...MY PT IS A SADISTIC BASTARD!.....damn damn shiong...me aching all over now...jialat!!...;9(

my whole arms are soft...my legs are wobbling...and helling aching from neck to toe!
but there's one thing damn shiok!....the shower room...the powerful jet shower spray...shiok!...hot water some more...and the GEL...YES..THE GEL....lavender and with moisturiser...very very shiok!! after a hard sweat out.
yes...i truly agreed with the calif boss now. he told me: U COME EVERYDAY FOR MY SHOWER IS ALREADY WORTH THE AMOUNT U PAID EVERY MTH...

luckily, my doctor din accede to my request for a HEALTH PROBLEMATIC LETTER so that i can use it to withdraw and claim all my money back.

so..one fine day after my ex-temple activities, took a bus to NOVENA to change into mrt...the CALIF FITNESS gang were there promo their new premises...and THEY PROMISED ME THAT THEY CAN RID THAT TYRE...and since just colllected my hot toto winnings in my pocket...I GONG GONG signed up lor....;9(


beside swimming and being peeped at when i pooed in the squatting cubicle...now worst!!
i m being sadistised by sadistic young PT from california fitness club....was there yesterday...and now recuperationg from all aches and sores from yesterday sadistic merciless torture...
SI BEH SIONG!!!...WORST THAN RESERVIST TRAINING!!...damn stupid! pay money to ask young guy to torture me pain pain.....;9(
